Dr. Vinod T. Gore is one of India's most senior and accomplished surgical oncologists, with nearly three decades of clinical practice in complex cancer and endocrine surgery. He has a dedicated thyroid and endocrine surgical practice — covering thyroid cancer, goitre, parathyroid disease and the full range of robotic and scarless thyroidectomy techniques. He is the founding Department Head of Surgical Oncology at Sahyadri Manipal Hospital, Pune, a department he built from its inception in 2009.
He trained for five years at Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai — India's premier cancer centre — with extensive exposure to head & neck and endocrine oncology, including thyroid, parathyroid and neck-node surgery, alongside breast, thoracic, GI, gynaecological and uro-oncology.
